Meet Allison Rozansky

Hi, I'm Allison Rozansky. I believe everyone deserves a space where they are met with warmth rather than judgment, someone skilled and steady who can help you find your way back to yourself.

Eating disorders, binge eating, and body image concerns are a central focus of my work. I support adolescents and adults who feel caught in cycles of restriction, bingeing, compensating, or constant self-criticism about food and their bodies. Many of my clients have spent years trying to control these struggles on their own, and arrive feeling exhausted, ashamed, or disconnected from themselves. Whatever your relationship with food looks like right now, you do not need to be "sick enough" to deserve support.

Eating struggles rarely exist on their own. They often sit alongside anxiety, low self-esteem, perfectionism, and the quiet weight of trying to be "good enough." I also work with clients navigating social pressure, family dynamics, dating, work stress, and relationship challenges, because healing your relationship with food often means healing your relationship with yourself.

I integrate CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and self-compassion practices using a person-centred, humanistic approach. Together, we work to understand what the eating disorder has been doing for you, reduce the behaviours that keep you stuck, quiet the critical voice, and build a steadier, kinder relationship with food and your body. Therapy is tailored to your specific needs, not a formula applied to everyone.

Recovery from an eating disorder can involve more than therapy. Where appropriate, I collaborate with your physician, dietitian, or other care providers so that your physical and emotional health are both supported.

If you are overwhelmed by thoughts about food, uncomfortable in your own skin, or simply looking for a non-judgmental space to understand yourself better, you do not have to figure it out alone. I offer a free 15-minute consultation to see if working together feels like the right fit. Reach out when you are ready.
