Meet Elizabeth Campbell
I believe every person has innate strengths, resilience and the capacity for growth, even in life's hardest moments. Sometimes we simply need a safe, supportive space and someone we trust to walk alongside us.
My approach
My work is collaborative, client-centred and integrative. You are the expert on your own experiences; I bring clinical knowledge, guidance and support. I draw from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), trauma-informed CBT, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), mindfulness-based approaches, and supportive and humanistic therapy. Therapy should be tailored to the person, not the person to the therapy.

Working together
The therapeutic relationship is the foundation for meaningful change. I offer a space where you feel safe, understood and heard without judgment, and where we find an approach that fits your needs, strengths and goals.
Therapy is not about having all the answers or becoming someone else. It is about understanding yourself, reconnecting with your strengths and moving forward in a way that feels meaningful to you.
