Hi, I’m Pauline

Registered Psychotherapist (RP) · First Nations · 19 years of experience

I'm Pauline, and I support children, adolescents, adults, and couples through life's challenges. I believe healing begins when we feel truly heard, understood, and accepted.

My approach

My work is compassionate, collaborative, and culturally responsive. I draw from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and tailor each to the person in front of me.

How I can help

  • Anxiety

  • Depression

  • Trauma

  • ADHD and autism

  • Grief and loss

  • Self-esteem

  • Relationship challenges

Supporting Indigenous clients and communities

As an approved Non-Insured Health Benefits (NIHB) provider, I am passionate about offering culturally respectful and accessible mental health support to First Nations and Indigenous individuals and communities.

Working together

Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, navigating a difficult transition, or simply wanting to understand yourself better, I offer a safe, non-judgmental space to explore your experiences, reconnect with your strengths, and create meaningful change.

You don't have to navigate life's challenges alone. Together, we can work toward greater clarity, confidence, and emotional well-being.

My Approach

What began as a passion project has evolved into something more. We’re proud of where we’ve been and even more excited for what’s ahead. What sets us apart isn’t just our process—it’s the intention behind it. We take time to understand, explore, and create with purpose at every turn.

Simple ideas

Through every step, we've focused on staying true to our values and making space for thoughtful, lasting work.

Lasting impact

We build with clarity, act with integrity, and always stay curious.
